Notice of Annual General Meeting

Dear Member

1. AGM. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Dell Quay Sailing Club Ltd will be held on Sunday, 17th November 2024 at 15.00 at the Club. The agenda, reports and proxy form are enclosed and can also be accessed via the website.
2. AGM Lunch. You are warmly invited to join us for lunch at the Club at 12.30pm on the day of the AGM. Please book your place via the website.

3. Joining the AGM remotely - While we hope you will be able to join us at the Club, you can also participate in the meeting via zoom.

   To join the meeting via Zoom, please:

   1. click on the Zoom link below shortly before 3pm. The chairman will let you into the meeting;
   2. ensure that you are muted and that you switch off your video. This will improve the quality of the Zoom call.

   You can access the Zoom call via any smart phone, tablet or PC. You do not need to download anything in advance of the meeting.

4. Proxies. You can submit a proxy form (and thus vote) at any time from today until Friday 15th November (17.00) using the link below. Alternatively, please complete the attached form and return it to me at the club no later than Friday 15th November.
5. Questions. Ideally questions should be in writing in advance of the meeting (this will help the management of the meeting and will aid a better-quality answer). If you have any questions, please send them to me at the email address below by 5pm on Friday, 15th November.
