Please read the attached 'Charges and information for campers 2024 (self-contained only)' document from the Cobnor Estate. Buy a portable loo and loo tent in advance.

There is a patrol boat for this event on the Saturday only . Parents are responsible for children. The areas of navigation are to be considered and will be dictated by weather.

Proposed Itinerary: (N.B. participants are welcome to 'pick and choose' as they wish and can stay for one or both nights, 'paying as you go')

Friday 12 Jul: (HW DQ 16:55)

1200 onwards: pitch camp in designated area
1655 Optional sail to Cobnor from DQSC .
1830 onwards: campfire

Saturday 13 Jul: (HW DQ 1735)

Optional early morning 'swim club' on the high tide.
Approx. 9:30am: Sail to Pilsey for picnic/beach games or East Head630 Optional additional sail to Bosham or return to camp.
Football match at 20:00.

Sunday 14 Jul: (HW DQ 1822) pack and go.

We don't have the normal big campfire corner this year. We have the Mid Park area around the big oak tree half way down the field. However, we do have permission to have our own firepit. This must on bricks/paving slabs to protect the ground.

Just a reminder that there are no Cobnor toilet or shower facilities. So you need to bring your own camping toilet.
