This race meeting will be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing rules of sailing 2021-2024.
Notice of Race and the Sailing instructions are available here on the website &a they will also be available at registration on the day.
Competitors should note that Dell Quay Sailing Club implements the RYA Charter and they will be required to sail in accordance with this charter along with the Chichester Harbour Code of Conduct for Racing. By entering this series competitors agree to sail in compliance with the Charter and Code.

Frostbite Races 5 and 6 (2024 only)
There will be one handicap start and one junior start for both races.
In addition to the Open Frostbite series race 5 which will remain unchanged, there are trophy races for DQSC members.
The previously cancelled Noyce Memorial Trophy will be run concurrently with Race 5 as a general handicap race.
The previously cancelled Herbert Ward Trophy will run concurrently with Race 5 and will be a general handicap race BUT to qualify for this Trophy racers will not have won a race in the calander year 2024 (as per the handbook page 20).
A list of racers not eligible for the Herbert Ward Trophy will be posted adjacent to the course board at the competitors briefing .
The race positions and series points for the Open Frostbite series will not be affected and will stand as if these trophy races were not run concurrently.
